Core Mobility Classes

Pilates style exercises instructed in a group or one to one, via zoom or face to face to suit the individual.

Joanna has been instructing pilates style exercise classes for over 15 years and has developed her unique Core Mobility Classes which combine movement with core strengthening. The classes are tailored to meet the individual needs with postural alignment, back protection and core strength being the focus whilst maintaining normal movement. This helps to prevent injury and facilitate return to activity after injury. The classes can be adapted for individuals during and post pregnancy.
